Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees. Defective products covered under the 90 day warranty will be repaired or replaced depending on the issue and availability of parts.
Warranty
iRENEWUSA warranties all products for 90 days from date of purchase for hardware defects.
Software defects such as virus or software issues are not covered under any warranty.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make their own software backups prior to sending in a product for repair. iRENEWUSA is not responsible for any lost data during transit or repair.
Upon receiving the product iRENEWUSA will determine if a repair, replacement, or refund is necessary. Diagnostics may take up to 5 business days. Repair time will be determined upon diagnosis of the issue. If a replacement product is issued the replaced item will become property of iRENEWUSA and the replacement will become your property. The remaining warranty duration will be transferred to any product replacement.
Warranty excludes: Accidental damage, incorrect usage resulting in physical damage, software issues, hardware modifications, unauthorized third-party service work not performed by iRENEWUSA.
